Product Manager will support the Director of Products and Systems by managing and documenting all Private Label protection product information review editing and analyzing consumer agreements and product pricing Ensuring product alignment through legal marketing training data configuration API reporting and dealer success teams This position will act as product Subject Matter Expert SME for internal and external stakeholders <p> <p><strong>Job Responsibilities<strong> <p> <ul><li>Create maintain and manage documentation for products Program guides Dealer Operations manual etc<li> <li>Communicate product changes to relevant stakeholders<li> <li>Serve as SME on program and product information for internal and external stakeholders<li> <li>Work crossdepartmentally with legal marketing training and dealer success team to align and support product information activities and needs<li> <li>End to end state compliance owner for program and tracking of all legal forms<li> <li>Work with internal legal team for compliance updates tracking and any new state legislation updates<li> <li>Review marketing materials for accuracy<li> <li>Review training materials for accuracy<li> <li>Cross collaboration with internal SMEs to proactively address market demands<li> <li>Involvement in defect resolution where applicable to product rates or forms<li> <li>Understand impact of product changes to scope and size of projects and system changes<li> <li>Research and analyze protection products<li> <li>Work with reporting and analytics teams to build and maintain
