Role & Responsibilities Efficiently investigate claims, evaluate contract language, and identify appropriate coverage where applicable Diligently manage file diaries that move claims toward a timely resolution Provide excellent customer service to members and partners regarding the handling of their claims Adhere to all statutory, regulatory and compliant fair claims practices Identify and report potentially fraudulent claims Develop and maintain effective business relationships with internal and external partners Serve as a technical resource to peers and Service Operations associates Experience & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in claims adjusting Valid adjuster license in at least one state (reciprocal licenses are a plus and Jetty will also assist with reciprocation as needed) Familiar with insurance contracts, investigation techniques, legal requirements and insurance compliance Ability to find creative and insightful solutions to challenges Aptitude for uncovering, analyzing, and interpreting information Strong analytical capabilities and business judgment Excellent communication skills Scrappy self-starter who can roll up their sleeves and get their hands dirty Ability and willingness to learn new skills and tools Compensation & Benefits Philosophy:Beyond our mission, our products, and our people, the best way for Jetty to attract, develop, and retain talent is to provide both career growth and financial opportunity.
