At Mill, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. Experience in MATLAB, Python, C/C++ or equivalent tools for scripting collection and analysis of data Understanding that 4+ days in-office work per week is required The estimated base hourly range for this position is $30 to $40, which does not include the value of benefits or a potential equity grant.
