Worcester Recovery Center and Hospital (WRCH), operated by the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health (DMH), is seeking a full-time, licensed Clinical Psychologist. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of post-licensure experience and supervisory experience. The role involves overseeing psychology functions on either of the hospital's 2 forensic units or one of the 12 continuing care units. The successful candidate will provide short- and long-term treatment for patients with serious mental illnesses, conduct admission assessments, practice individual and group psychotherapy, and facilitate community meetings. This is a leadership position with expectations to supervise students and/or staff, and oversee at least one hospital-wide committee. WRCH is a newly constructed, state-of-the-art psychiatric hospital in Worcester, adjacent to the UMass medical school and hospital.
