<p>The Accountant is responsible for daytoday bookkeeping including accounts payable reconciliations and record keeping This role will be responsible for accurate and timely reporting of all transactions identifying and resolving discrepancies and regular reconciliation of financial accounts In addition the Accountant will work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager to ensure style=>Create vendors<li> <li style=>Enter bills into accounts payable software accurately and efficiently<li> <li style=>Manage vendor credits<li> <li style=>Process vendor payments<li> <li style=>Create a positive pay sheet for upload and approval<li> <li style=>Upload credit card charges and verify credit card statements<li> <li style=>Generate channel partner payments and statements<li> <li style=>Accurate entering of employee commissions<li> <li style=>Manage reimbursements<li> <li style=>Allocations for equipment leases and software licenses<li> <li style=>Generate journal entries<li> <li style=>Generate and provide accurate reporting<li> <li style=>Assist in answering phone calls and managing emails for the Finance Department<li> <li style=>Perform monthly
