Job Summary iHerb is embarking on a strategic initiative to enhance our operational efficiency through the integrations of SAP solutions We are looking to implement SAPs Order to Cash OTC solutions to streamline sales billing and revenue management processes ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for our customers This role will have responsibility for delivering mid to large scale SAP implementation initiatives for iHerb Job Expectations <ul> <li> Develop and execute a comprehensive SAP O2C implementation strategy that aligns with iHerbs business objectives and IT Estate modernization goals <li> <li> Lead crossfunctional teams across the project lifecycle from planning and design to implementation and post GoLive support ideally through applying PMI methodology <li> <li> Manage stakeholder relationships with Business IT and SI partner ensuring clear communication risk evaluation expectation settings and alignment across all levels of the organization <li> <li> Discover and analyze requirements for fitforpurpose as well as adherence to business objectives and consistency challenging positively as appropriate <li> <li> Oversee the project budget timelines and resources ensuring the program is delivered on time within scope and budget <li> <li> Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams fostering an environment of continuous improvement and excellence <li> <li> Drive change management initiatives to ensure business readiness smooth adoption and minimize disruption to the business <li> <li> Dive into the details of specific needs of each work stream to ensure highquality ontime execution <li> <li> Provide technofunctional oversight for integration of O2C processes during S4 implementation <li> <li> Think locally globally and crossfunctionally in order to identify project dependencies and its impact on SCM related upstream and downstream processes primarily related to SAP WMS TM and other third party systems in general <li> <li> Proven success working in a matrix organization with technical nontechnical teams and SI partners <li> <li> Define and implement best practices around quantitative and qualitative reporting such as velocity status updates progresspercent complete <li> <ul> <ul> <li> Define and implement best practices around waterfall and agile methodologies to enable continuous delivery of value <li> <li> Finalize all activities across the programs to formally close and hand over the project ensuring project documents are approved completed maintained and stored appropriately as per compliance and IT audit requirements <li> <li> Highlevel knowledge of SAP ERP landscape and architecture in terms of inboundoutbound SCM processes interfaces iPaaS middleware integration and data flows between Ecommerce portal SAP WMS and TM systems <li> <li> Experience using tools such as Jira Confluence MS Project Asana Google Workspace diagramming tools eg LucidChartLucidSpark <li> <li> Responsible for quarterly and longer term roadmapping utilizing tools such as Jira Plans formerly known as Advanced Roadmaps <li> <li> Ability to discuss and facilitate technical issues with software developers and
