brand advertising campaigns for the Carters Retail Inc portfolio of brands This person will have a fundamental understanding of media planning and campaign activation 12 years of experience working in SEM andor programmatic Preference is given to candidates who have worked in retail or at an agency We are looking for a smart passionate individual who wants to be part of a team focused on driving growth while keeping pace with the everchanging digital media landscape <p> <p>This role typically reports into the Director Media amp Multicultural Marketing and is based in our Buckhead office in our onsite work environment This role typically comes into the office 4 days a week <p> <p>70 Partner with Director and agency to launch manage report and optimize SEM and programmatic media campaigns <p> <ul><li>Write creative briefs and deliver to creative team for asset creation manage trafficking and asset delivery between internal creative teams and agency<li> <li>Collaborate with media agency to ensure accurate trafficking and delivery of creative assets including QA<li> <li>Provide oversight of campaign delivery including optimizations to achieve spend and performance goals across platforms<li> <li>Build effective working relationships with cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment on digital plans<li> <li>Serve as project manager for key media projects own and drive projects through to completion corralling internal stakeholders to ensure efficient and timely execution<li> <li>Manage channel budgets including monthly reconciliation of media expenditures and resolving billing discrepancies<li> <ul><p>30 Manage analytics and reporting from multiple sources to closely monitor and optimize channel performance in conjunction with agency and internal media team <p> <ul><li>Partner with marketing analytics team dev and agency to ensure proper setup and implementation of campaign tracking and tagging<li> <li>Leverage dashboards and other reporting tools to analyze and optimize campaign performance<li> <li>Communicate week to week status and overall channel performance to key internal stakeholders<li> <li>Prepare reports campaign recaps and insights<li> <li>Gather data on consumer competitor and market conditions<li> <ul><p><strong>Wed Love to Hear from You if<strong> <p> <p><b>Must have<b> <p> <ul><li>1+ year of experience in a SEM andor Programmatic media role brand or agency side and a fundamental understanding of media planning principles and concepts across SEM and programmatic<li> <li>Ability to work collaboratively and field requests from multiple internal stakeholders<li> <li>Excellent Microsoft Office skills specifically power point and excel<li> <li>Team player Operates effectively in a fastpaced deadlinedriven
