Over the course of our 12-month Leadership Rotation Network, you will have the opportunity to rotate through three Infrastructure subgroups – including Global Trading Operations, Treasury, Risk, Project Management, Business Liaisons and Finance – before being placed on a team that matches your interests and DRW’s business needs.You’ll start out by participating in our formal training program to sharpen your knowledge of market fundamentals, propelling you to succeed in your rotations that follow.
