<p><strong>Salesforce Administrator US Remote<strong><p> <p>Linnworks is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our global RevOps team This role plays a critical part in developing innovative solutions to some of our most complex business problems<p> <p>As our Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our Salesforce instance as well as maintaining the relationships between our RevOps function and the key gotomarket divisions at Linnworks Your experience as a Salesforce Admin in the SaaS space will ensure an efficient and bestinclass Salesforce instance helping us scale on our growth journey<strong><br >This position is open to candidates living in either Eastern or Central US time zones<strong><p> <p><strong>The compensation for this role is $80k$90k DOE<strong><p> <p><strong>In this role you will<strong><p> <ul><li>Work closely with RevOps leaders to design amp develop Salesforce led solutions across our gotomarket functions Sales Marketing amp Customer Operations and delivering on training to end users when required<li> <li>Handle admin functions user maintenance page layouts new field creation mass management of data in Salesforce <li> <li>Gather detailed requests and feedback from the business for improvements or changes to the system and implement these changes using best practice development methodologies as appropriate<li> <li>Automate processes using core Salesforce tools such as flows approval processes and validation rules<br >Educate other team members on the capabilities and potential applications of Salesforce<li> <li>Manage and maintain admin rights and external systems connected to Salesforce MaxioChargifyPardotplus others and become the technical point of contact across the business <li> <li>Monitor Salesforce platform releases and liaise with Salesforce for issues and requests<br ><li> <ul><p><strong>Required Experience<strong><p> <ul><li>1 + years of experience in a position as a Certified Salesforce Admin<li> <li>Experience in crafting Salesforce solutions using declarative tools and strong in creation and maintenance of Flows<li> <li>Being focused and driven by solving problems and seeing results with attention to detail<li> <li>Excellent communication skills particularly in translating business requirements into technical solutions and facilitating discussions between stakeholders and CLevel executives<li> <li>Excellent attention to detail organization skills and documentationwritten abilities<li> <li>Able to work under pressure and adapt to shifting priorities demands and timelines and quickly update stakeholders on impact potential or actual<li> <li>Be able to support developed solutions with documentation and process maps where required<li> <li>Willingness to learn about and work with other technology platforms connected to Salesforce<li> <li>Comfortable and experienced with agile ways of working<li> <ul><p><strong>Required
