participate in AERDFs AdvancED Fellowship for a oneofitskind experience to support the development of their breakthrough idea and advanced inclusive RampD approach It is a paid parttime fellowship involving about 10 hours per week from <span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span>July 19 2024<span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span><span> to October 2024<span><span><span><span><span><span><li> <ul><p><b><span><span><span><span><span><span>Stage 6 Job Offer<span><span><span><span><span><span><b> <p><ul><li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Top candidates will be extended a fulltime job offer to become the next AERDF Program Executive Director and launch their program in early 2025<span><span><span><span><span><span><li> <li><span><span><span><span><span><span>Please be clear this is a fulltime role to drive social change As a fulltime staff member you will have zero rights to intellectual property of the research and development created during your time AERDF is guided by policies that ensure our commitment to high ethical research and data standards as well as ensure
