The Electronic Communications Surveillance Team (ECS) is responsible for monitoring electronic communications of employees for potential procedural, regulatory or policy breaches. The ECS is part of the Global Surveillance function within Legal and Compliance, with employees located across the globe including London, Budapest, New York, and Boston. The successful candidate will be part of a team that reviews and investigates relevant alerts as well as helps to work with the service provider to develop improved alerting capabilities. Key Responsibilities include ongoing surveillance on employee's electronic correspondence via an automated workflow team to detect potential regulatory, procedural or fiduciary infractions as well as employee inappropriate behavior. The ECS is part of a team that works with direct supervisors and management to investigate potential issues, liaise and collaborate with business and internal resources to manage escalated communications, identify and implement process improvements within existing procedures, improve existing reporting resources and develop additional resources, as regulatory and business needs. The ECS also measures, tracks, analyses, and reports statistical data, prepares and maintains procedures, and builds and maintains positive relationships with the business and partners.
