contribute to our sustainable growth by partnering closely with our product analyst user researcher and other members of the team to run experiments <p> <p> This is the role for you if youre excited to work on the things listed below <p> <ul> <li> <p> Design usercentric experiences that drive sustainable growth and engagement of GoodNotes user base <p> <li> <li> <p> Ideate and design UI flows to increase conversions and drive more optimal growth loops <p> <li> <li> <p> Take part in product experimentation by formulating different design variations based on hypotheses and running AB tests <p> <li> <li> <p> Shape product strategy through design thinking and user insights <p> <li> <li> <p> Develop an understanding of the whys behind GoodNotes funnel or loops to fuel new solutions <p> <li> <li> <p> Translate quantitative data and qualitative insights into creative ideas and considered design decisions <p> <li> <li> <p> Stretch into growth design <p> <li> <ul> <p> The skills you will need to be successful in the above <p> <ul> <li> <p> Minimum 5 years of product design experience preferably in software design including working on a marketplace or eCommerce platform focused on B2C <p> <li> <li> <p> Experience designing end to end flows from research to delivery working closely with analysts <p> <li> <li> <p> Proven ability to frame problems conduct user research excellent visual design skills with an analytical mindset <p> <li> <li> <p> Experience in providing design inputs to optimise conversion <p> <li> <li> <p> Ability to balance vision with iteration to make tradeoffs and get the right user experience to market <p> <li> <li> <p> Excellent verbal and written communication skills <p> <li> <li> <p> Ability to work independently ensuring responsibility for
