responsible for developing and executing email and SMS marketing strategies to drive consumer engagement retention and revenue growth for our eCommerce platform across all consumer segments The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing email and SMS marketing campaigns a deep understanding of customer behavior and a passion for delivering results Responsibilities may include development of teams long range planning for eCommerce setting financial and performance goals for channel managers presentations to Executive leadership <p> <p><b>HOW YOULL MAKE A DIFFERENCE<b> <p> <ul><li>Develop and execute comprehensive email and SMS marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives utilizing datadriven insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization<li> <li>Own expansion of CRM channels leveraging strategic insights amp expertise to drive the growth and diversification of communication channels aimed at enhancing consumer engagement and relationship building<li> <li>Lead long range strategy and set engagement and financial goals for all email and conversational marketing channels<li> <li>Enhance storytelling elements in marketing messaging strategy to create compelling narratives that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand story<li> <li>Partner with Creative Team to design and refine email and SMS communication templates based on performance KPIs<li> <li>Develop customer segmentation strategies to deliver personalized and targeted communication as well as work closely with data analytics teams to leverage customer data for effective segmentation and targeting<li> <li>Implement and maintain marketing automation strategy to enhance customer experiences and increase engagement Utilize personalization techniques to deliver relevant and timely content to different customer segments<li> <li>Provide regular reports and insights to senior management identifying trends areas for improvement and opportunities for growth<li> <ul><p><b>YOU ARE<b> <p> <ul><li>A subject matter expert with program leadership experience across all aspects of email marketing SMS and conversational marketing channels<li> <li>Experienced in managing external vendor relationships for enterpriselevel ESPs SMS and conversational marketing platforms<li> <li>Have excellent verbal and written communication skills including ability to present to and influence senior leadership<li> <li>An established leader with experience in leading teams to achieve long term objectives in a dynamic fastpaced work environment<li> <li>Experienced in leading collaborating and influencing across departments within multichannel branded retail business<li> <li>Highly detail oriented analytical and an expert in working with data<li> <ul><p><b>YOU HAVE<b> <p> <ul><li>8+ years experience managing enterprise level email and SMS marketing programs ideally within the ecommerce space<li> <li>Strong leadership skills and experience leading and up leveling team skillset<li> <li>Excellent copywriting and content creation skills<li> <li>Robust analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions<li> <li>Knowledge of email marketing regulations and best practices<li> <li>Experience with AB testing and optimization techniques<li> <li>Strong
