Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of accounting, including: A/R, A/P, G/L, Payroll, month-end close, and financial reporting to management
• Interface directly with senior leadership to help support our enterprise strategy
• Prepare reporting and recommendations to company leadership to help enable our company growth goals
• Establish and maintain files and records to document transactions
• Manage all accounting transactions
• Prepare budget forecasts
• Publish financial statements in time
• Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
• Manage balance sheets and income statements
• Report on the company's financial health and liquidity
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Work experience as an accountant
• Expertise and hands-on experience with accounting software
• Experience with general ledger functions
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
