Business Analyst - German speaking (f/m/x)

In this role you will join IBM Consulting supporting one of our key financial-services clients. You will work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs translate them into actionable requirements and support project delivery from analysis through implementation. You will play a central role in ensuring smooth communication between business teams and technical experts.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting business analysis and documenting requirements.
- Working closely with stakeholders to understand challenges and propose solutions.
- Translating requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
- Supporting project teams during design testing and implementation.
- Contributing to process optimization and operational improvements.
- Facilitating workshops and ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
- Collaborating daily with cross-functional teams as part of onsite project delivery.

Bachelor's Degree

- 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or a related field preferably in a dynamic fast-paced environment.- Proven track record of leading complex initiatives and translating business needs into high-quality deliverables.- Strong understanding of business process design workflow optimization and change management principles.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Excellent stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Fluent in English and German (written and spoken).
- Swiss or EU nationality or valid Swiss work permit.

- Banking/financial-services experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum SAFe).- Proficiency in analytical tools (e.g. Excel SQL Power BI/Tableau) and requirements management platforms (e.g. Jira Confluence).
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects.
