Key Responsibilities • Assist skilled team members with remodeling tasks such as demolition, framing, painting, remodeling, and material handling. • Maintain a clean and organized job site to ensure safety and efficiency. • Learn to use tools and equipment safely under the guidance of experienced team members. • Help with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment at job sites. • Support the completion of high-quality projects by following instructions and assisting wherever needed. Qualifications • Strong work ethic, mechanically inclined, and eagerness to learn. • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, standing, and climbing. • Team-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to follow directions. • Ability to work onsite with a professional conduct at all times. • Commitment to safety and cleanliness, our jobs sites are our clients homes. • No prior experience is required-training will be provided.
