Client Engagement Specialist / Group Facilitator

Group Facilitator The Best Treatment Center's primary mission is to provide quality and individualist substance abuse treatment at all levels of care. Our employees are the heart of our company and we look forward to the new addition! We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a group facilitator. Responsibilities for this position include: • Build positive relationships with clients. • Facilitates groups • Provides organized and structured groups for clients • Understands group facilitation needs to have a beginning, middle & end • Documents individualized notes in an electronic medical record system after each group.
