Client Representative - Telecom

Our team partners with leading telecom providers to deliver high-quality customer experiences and drive service enrollments. We’re currently hiring a full-timeTelecom Client Representativeto join our sales and outreach team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with customers, represent client offerings, and assist with service enrollment and support. Key Responsibilities: • Represent telecom clients by connecting with customers through face-to-face outreach • Learn and communicate the benefits of telecom services including internet, mobile, and bundled packages • Assess customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions • Guide customers through the enrollment process and address questions or concerns • Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a positive customer experience • Track customer interactions and report on performance metrics • Collaborate with team members to refine outreach strategies and ensure brand consistency Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant training is a plus • Strong communication and people skills • Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred but not required • Ability to learn quickly, problem-solve, and stay organized • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional demeanor Job Type: Full-time Pay: $800.00 - $1,600.00 per week Benefits: • Professional development assistance Compensation Package: • Bonus opportunities • Commission pay • Performance bonus • Uncapped commission Schedule: • Day shift • Monday to Friday • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
