InMoment is currently seeking a Cloud Infrastructure (DevOps) Engineer to help address our most compelling Cloud needs. The ideal candidate is experienced in cloud-based tech, with a firm grasp on emerging DevOps technologies. You will work alongside top engineers and technical thought leaders building and supporting Cloud solutions that will help to shape the future of our global enterprise. Working with cutting edge tools and technologies, you will work with the Cloud Engineering team to support and maintain our global footprint while enabling software engineering teams to leverage the power of the Cloud Operating Model.

WHO YOU ARE

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from an accredited college or university

• 3+ years experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions in AWS or related cloud providers

• 3+ years of TCP/IP Networking experience

• 3 + years of Linux/Windows administration experience

• 2+ years of experience working with Infrastructure as Code tools and best practices (Terraform is preferred)

• 2+ years experience managing and maintaining Kubernetes clusters (EKS is a plus)

• 2+ years experience with Docker or similar containerization technologies

• 2+ years experience with agile workflows

• A working knowledge of configuration management, CI/CD, and other industry-standard DevOps concepts and practices

• Knowledge of web services, API, REST, and RPC

• Experience with JIRA and other Atlassian technologies (OpsGenie, Confluence, etc.)

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• AWS certifications are a plus

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Work in tandem with our engineering teams to identify and implement the most optimal cloud-based solutions for the company
• Define and document best practices and strategies regarding application deployment and infrastructure maintenance
• Provide guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to development teams to build cloud competencies while helping to promote our thriving DevOps culture
• Educate teams on the implementation of new cloud-based initiatives, providing associated training as required
• Implement Cloud governance, build, deployment, and monitoring standards
• Manage cloud environments in accordance with company security guidelines
• Troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventative measures
• Employ exceptional problem solving skills, with the ability to see and solve issues before they affect business productivity
