What You'll Do:

As our Content Specialist you will be responsible for creating, reviewing, and editing technical content resources for customers, customer service partners, service retailers by writing communication, education, and knowledgebase content. You will be able to grasp and learn mechanical and technological concepts quickly and effectively. This entry level position is based at our HQ in Salt Lake City, Utah.

How You Will Help Us Win:

• Create and design service instructions for product troubleshooting and part replacement/repairs for internal and external reference
• Create and enhance customer-facing content (FAQ’s, troubleshooting, Standard Operating Procedures) for constantly evolving processes
• Contribute to the strategy and implementation of growing knowledgebase content for current and upcoming products and/or policies or processes for internal reference
• Partner with Operations, Engineering and Instructional Design Teams on alignment between training and knowledge content

What You'll Need to Succeed:

• 1-3 years of writing experience with technical knowledge content preferred
• Demonstrates excellent grammar, writing skills & attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in order to meet pivoting initiatives and fluid deadlines
• Ability to think strategically while working independently to implement best practice guidelines
• Degree in English Writing or related preferred
