Custodian

Responsibilities • Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, carpet spotting) • Surface care (dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, metal/wood polishing, clean blinds and draperies) • Waste removal (empty trash and recycle bins, transport trash and waste to proper disposal areas) • Light maintenance (replace light bulbs, restock supply cabinet/room) Qualifications • Bilingual a plus, not required. • Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with team • Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipment • Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use • No specific education requirement, 3-6 months training or experience preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
