As a temporary Custodian, you will: • Daily Facilities inspections for cleanliness, debris, malfunctions, and lighting outages. • Perform custodial duties in all airport facilities as required. • Patrol the Airport property for FOD, litter, and debris. • Performs any other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Field Supervisor. • Responsible for the cleanliness of these facilities and all public areas and restrooms, this is including but not limited to dry and wet mopping, dusting, cleaning windows, vacuuming, laundry, etc. • Perform cleaning of the Airport Terminal Building, Based Pilot Center, Air Traffic Control Tower and the airport’s Corporate Hangars and others as assigned. • Order supplies, parts and equipment as needed in conjunction with the repair and maintenance of these facilities, including cleaning supplies and all related paper products through the Field Supervisor. • Set up and breakdown of all meeting areas. • Other general general custodial duties, such as: cleaning windows, picking up parking areas for litter, changing light bulbs, minor repairs and light maintenance, hanging pictures, and moving furniture. • Respond to work orders as directed by the Maintenance Field Supervisor. • Perform any other tasks and responsibilities as directed by the Maintenance Field Supervisor. Formal Education: • High school education or GED. Relatable Work Experience: • One year of related experience (preferred) Training (License and/or Certification): • Valid Class "C" Texas Drivers License.
