At PosiGen, we are passionate about providing money saving solar and energy efficiency solutions for people of all income levels. We are seeking an equally passionate Data Specialist to help consolidate and manage various data streams to allow our Channel Partners business to continue to grow and excel.

Base Salary $55,000 - $65,000

Essential Job Functions

• Support Channel Partners throughout the sale and install process
• Review customer leases, loans, and related documentation to verify all fields are accurately completed
• Ensure that all documents are in compliance with state, jurisdictional and utility company requirements
  • Manage incentive registration process with the appropriate local authorities
  • Review and approve all partner invoices and ensure they are submitted for payment
• Work closely with Director and VP to design and implement policies, procedures, and systems
• Pull data to develop recurring or one-time reports
• Build dashboards for sales or managers to show results
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets and other tools used in data analysis

Education/Experience

• Possess a High School diploma or GED; College degree preferred
• 2 years of customer service supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Billing, Collections and Customer Service procedures
• Salesforce experience is a plus
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word); Google Workspace experience preferred
