Deployment Specialist

As a Deployment Technician, what might you do during your typical workday?

• Manual entry and confirmation of dealership information
• Completion of set-up and conversion tasks for each dealership, documenting each task within our Project Management tool.
• Update Deployment documentation as needed
• Proactively identify errors and work with others to resolve
• Provide support to existing customers on requests/issues, accurately documenting all information
• Provide assistance and support to the on-site Implementation Team as needed during Installs
• Learn basic SQL commands and assist with conversion mapping

• Prior CRM or DMS experience
• Understanding of dealership structures and environments
• Experience with SQL database tables
• Basic project management skills
• Associate or bachelor's degree in a related field or have gained the equivalent knowledge through previous on-the-job experience

This role offers a base salary of approximately $15 - $16.50/hour. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc. Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays, and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
