POSITION OVERVIEW: DVR Technician

OpenEye, an innovator in the design and development of cloud-centric software solutions for commercial video management is looking for a DVR Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for performing all phases of troubleshooting including; interpretation, analysis, research, and resolution of technical problems for the DVR’s. This position is also responsible for building DVR’s in a timely and orderly manner while assisting other teammates and trainees with questions concerning build procedures and other various questions. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build a vast variation of DVR’s and PC’s while assisting other teammates
• Participate in training activities to maintain technical currency and provide a high degree of service to meet customer service goals
• Assist QC teammates with general help which may be needed
• Perform all other duties/responsibilities as necessary or assigned

 MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

• High School Diploma or a General Education Degree
• Minimum of 1 years related experience and/or training
• Knowledge of procedures and documentation requirements for DVR compliance.
• Ability to work with others
• Knowledge and determination to create new ideas to help promote a positive work environment.
• More than 75% of the time: Sit, stand, climb, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, pull/push up to 50 pounds, carry up to 50 pounds, grasp, reach, bend, stoop/crouch
• Vision: See close up with or without corrective lenses, see out of one’s peripheral vision, judge the distance between one’s self and other objects, and to differentiate between colors.
