What You'll Get to Do:

CACI is looking for a hands-on Enterprise Technical Architect who can work both internal to CES and with outside stakeholders to develop requirements, standards and a modernization roadmap for IT service delivery, including but not limited to: infrastructure, hardware, architecture and software required to support next generation hardware and software technology development in unclassified and classified environments.

This individual should enjoy rolling their sleeves up and working across multiple technical domains to execute changes and develop solutions focused on enabling the needs of the business. The role will work with the CACI Enterprise Services and CACI stakeholder teams to ensure alignment for current and future delivery of IT networks and systems compliant with federal and DOD Information Assurance requirements. This includes data management, networks and infrastructure, IT acquisition, technology innovation, cybersecurity, virtualization, SaaS, PaaS and other enabling services.

The person will be responsible to understand the most overarching view of the organizations business needs and construct a information technology roadmap creating a clear bridge between context and concept. In this context the enterprise technical architect will ensure the right enterprise infrastructure is created while the deployed IT solutions meet current and future business needs and align to a comprehensive optimized IT solution environment.

  • Direct and manage professional and technical staff, develop procedures and control budget
  • Lead enterprise organization in the design, development, integration and testing to support Enterprise Business Services delivery.
  • Develop strategies and solutions that support enterprise delivery, develop operating models to optimize organizational performance, improve service delivery operations and create impact as a change agent.


You'll Bring These Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of proven experience as a System Architect with focused experience in Enterprise Architecture.
  • Experience leading the oversight, improvement and upgrading of enterprise services, software and hardware. Including the implementation of an Enterprise Architecture framework developing an enterprise architecture plan to increase efficiencies and reliability of IT and business operations.
  • Proven architecture experienced focused on conceptual and logical architectural models.
  • Excellent systems documentation and architecture diagram skills with thorough understanding of systems architecture, engineering, administration, configuration, and security procedures.
  • Experience in design and development of system architecture to include integration models, network diagrams, data flow models, and traceability of requirements and standards to enterprise architecture models.
  • Experience in systems engineering requirements and concept development, systems hardware and software design and development, and system integration.
  • Demonstrated ability to ensure alignment between business strategy and technology. Convert IT strategy into a cohesive bridge to the implementation of technology that enables the overall IT strategy.
  • Experience working with multiple teams and ability to interface with technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels within and outside of the organization to bring together the solution.
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.
  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Experience leading and collaborating with diverse, multi-domain, distributed program teams.
  • Excellent working knowledge of enterprise level systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems
  • Experience with Federal and DoD cyber security standards: NIST 800-171, DFARS Clause 252-2004-7012/7019/7020, ICD-503, and understanding of the emerging CMMC Certification.
  • Thorough experience in developing enterprise IT strategies and roadmaps, working with cross-functional teams in a large organization.
  • College Degree in a relevant field.


These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
  • Experience with EA methodologies, e.g. TOGAF, FEAF, etc.
  • Experience with EA tools, e.g. Software AG, BiZZdesign, MEGA International, Avolution, etc
  • Experience with configuration and security hardening in cloud service providers (CSPs) such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure environments.
  • Interest in cultivating a culture of baked in security into DevSecOps environments and working with engineering teams to ensure system security requirements are addressed.
