We are seeking an equally passionate, team-focused FP&A Manager who is excited to learn our business top to bottom, helping us continue our growth both within our current markets and our upcoming expansion into new U.S. markets!

As an FP&A Analyst, you will analyze large sets of data and provide reports on the analysis. Essential job duties include:

• Assists with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Performs detailed variance analysis vs. budget and prior year financial statements
• Develops narrative for monthly MD&A
• Collaborates with sales leadership to develop strategy and KPI reporting 
• Performs profitability/cost benefit analyses, as well as Ad Hoc analytic and project management tasks
• Develops, implements, and analyzes reports and dashboards
• Works with vendors to streamline process and to troubleshoot monitoring issues
• Monthly reporting on actual vs. budget performance by department

Education/Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, Business Analytics, Management Information Systems or related field is required
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role
• Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Applications: Word, Excel, Power Point
• Salesforce experience is a plus
