About This Job

The main purpose of this job is to perform established monthly processes to support internal management reporting, including but not limited to; cost allocations, funds transfer pricing, volume tracking and production report oversight.

Essential Functions

• Perform monthly processes used for internal Management reporting
• Work with Service and Support leaders to establish/update unit costs for services provided
• Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
• Analyze past results and perform variance analysis, identifying trends and anomalies
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts
• Support the efforts of assigned team as requested by department leadership
• Perform other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required

• knowledge of financial planning and analysis functions
• Intermediate analytical skillset and strong quantitative abilities
• Ability to problem solve and have process-oriented thinking skills
• Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• 1+ year financial related experience required
• Financial planning and analysis experience a plus
