Front Desk/Janitor/Maintenance

We are seeking a dynamic multi-tasker to join our team: must be detail-oriented, reliable and comfortable not only working with customers at the front desk but also covering janitor/maintenance duties. The ideal candidates will have basic computer knowledge, a strong background in facilities maintenance, and be passionate about ensuring a clean and safe environment for everyone. This full/part-time position requires a versatile individual who is willing to take on various tasks to provide a positive experience for our customers and keep our facilities in top shape. Duties - Customer Experience: interact with customers through every touchpoint—in-person, by phone, and online. - Basic understanding of computers and mobile devices and willingness to learn new software (storEDGE, U-Haul, Noke, etc.) - Perform routine cleaning tasks including industrial cleaning and buffing to ensure the cleanliness of all floors and surfaces for the storage facility, main office and loading dock. - Maintain the cleanliness of all areas of the facility, including offices, common areas, and restrooms. - Use specialized equipment and cleaning products to meet high standards of cleanliness and safety. - Clean and maintain the exterior of the facility, including parking areas, walkways, and grounds. - Provide porter services, including answering phones, taking messages, and assisting with deliveries. - Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the facility remains in good condition. - Identify and report any maintenance or repair issues to the management team. Prefer local candidates with reliable transportation and a driver license.
