Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a creative, detail-orientedGraphic Designerto help bring our brand and packaging capabilities to life.The Graphic Designer will play a key role in creating impactful visual assets across digital, print, packaging, and presentation formats. This position requires strong design skills, technical knowledge of die-line packaging design, and versatility across multiple creative platforms—from infographics and collateral to photography, 3D rendering, and video editing.This role will work on-site five days a week from our offices in Sugar Land, TX. Responsibilities • Design and produce packaging artwork, includingdie-line packaging designsoptimized for print and production. • DevelopPowerPoint design templatesand presentation materials that align with brand guidelines. • Createmarketing collateral, brochures, trade show graphics, and infographics. • Work with 3D software (such as3ds Max, Cinema 4D, or equivalent) to generate realistic product renderings. • Supportphotographyneeds, including product photography, editing, and retouching. • Edit and produce shortvideo contentfor marketing and communication purposes. • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to maintain consistency of branding across all assets. • Ensure design files are production-ready and meet vendor specifications. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred). • Proficiency inAdobe Creative Suite(Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign; Premiere Pro and After Effects a plus). • Experience indie-line packaging designand an understanding of print production processes. • Strong knowledge of3D design software(3D Studio Max, Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar). • Experience invideo editing and motion graphics. • Strong skills inphotography and photo editing/retouching. • Experience designingPowerPoint templatesand corporate presentations. • Infographics design. • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. • Strong creative portfolio demonstrating range across packaging, print, and digital.
