Graphics Account Team Lead

Key Duties & Responsibilities • Perform daily review of accounts and allocate tasks within the team • Lead and act as a quality controller within the team to ensure consistency in policy application and customer • Communicate clearly and concisely with customers, sales, color Separators, and designers • Update graphic order sheets (GOS) used for internal and external customers. Separate art provided bycustomers and submit proof and PDF to customers for approval Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred • • Experience: Experience in graphic design or a related field strongly preferred; Design software experience (Adobe CC, Photoshop, Art Pro, among others) a plus; Separation software experience (Esko, Art Pro, Art Pro Plus, Pilot, among others) a plus; Microsoft Office experience (Access, Excel, and Microsoft Word) a plus • • Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, Detail oriented with a high level of organization, Ability to multi-task on several projects at any given time.
