Growth Marketing Manager, Offline Media

Tecovas is the first direct-to-consumer western brand, founded with the simple goal of making the world’s best western boots, apparel and leather goods - and selling them at a fair price. We are a brand revolutionizing a category and welcoming first-time boot buyers and western enthusiasts alike. 

Tecovas is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager, Offline Media to be responsible for ensuring complete alignment of our offline media efforts to total business strategy. On Day 1, you will be our in-house expert on all things offline media and partner closely with our agency partner, digital team and creative teams. 

Reporting directly to the Director of Performance Marketing, you will dive deep into the data to uncover key insights and apply your findings into our offline efforts including direct mail, TV/OTT, radio and print. You will partner with our Director of Analytics to develop reporting and KPIs around our offline media spend. You will scale our streaming & linear TV program, ensuring alignment of our offline media strategy to increase the lifetime value of our customers as well as establishing a testing strategy for direct mail. 

This position is based out of Austin, TX but will have the ability to work from home and in-office.

What you’ll do:

• Drive offline media planning and lead agency partners to ensure execution of offline media strategy
• Responsible for crafting thorough measurement approach and continue to A/B test new ideas and iterate on validated campaigns
• Report out to marketing and the broader organization on new buyer acquisition reporting
• Own relationships with key TV network partners, working towards deep coordination across measurement, creative ad formats, & brand integrations
• Collaborate with digital media peers to constantly explore any/all media channels
• Own budget forecasting & reconciliation of all offline media dollars

Experience we’re looking for:

• 4+ years of experience in offline media planning; buying experience a plus
• Managed large media spend and maintained accurate budgets & reporting dashboards for multiple channels
• Consistently managed agency partners and/or have agency experience yourself
• Strong understanding of testing, tracking and reporting 
• Highly analytical with a track record of utilizing data to influence strategy
