HVAC Technician

This ideal technician performs field activities associated with installing, maintaining and servicing heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems for residential/commercial customers. Duties include, but are not limited to: • Perform on-site preventive maintenance, routine repair and calibration after installation • Uses experience and technical skills with preventive maintenance and system operations to determine service requirements. • Advises manager of preventive maintenance inspections performed and corrective actions to be taken. • Works in a team-based environment to share information and workload while ensuring customer satisfaction. • Local travel, flexibility to work overtime, on-call and weekends are required. • Perform other duties as assigned. • Pay Range $25- $50 an hour based on skills/experience. **Company provides- vehicle, Uniforms, Cell Phone, Tablet, Gas card** • Requirements • High School diploma or GED equivalent with minimum 10 years experience. • EPA certification • Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record • Ability to climb ladders and moderate lifting (up to 75 pounds) • Technical aptitude to perform maintenance, service, and troubleshoot equipment • Excellent Customer Service Skills • Good Electrical and Mechanical Diagnostic Skills • Ability to work independently to complete repairs and required paperwork • Self-motivated to complete assigned tasks within time constraints • Driven to succeed and able to work with minimum supervision • 40 Hour OSHA • G60- torch use • F60- fire watch Preferred • HVAC Certification • Degree Job Type: Full-time Pay: $72,800.00 - $104,000.00 per year Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Monday to Friday • On call • Overtime • Weekends as needed Work Location: In person
