Salesforce Project Manager
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and tech-savvySalesforce Project Managerto oversee and manage internal Salesforce-related projects. Our environment includes two major Salesforce applications, and we are continuously expanding and improving both. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment, excels at communication and time management, and can ensure that all Salesforce projects are properly tracked, prioritized, delegated, and completed. This role is critical in driving project success by serving as the main liaison between internal teams and our Salesforce administrators.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as the central point of contact for all Salesforce-related projects and initiatives.
• Maintain clear visibility into all ongoing Salesforce workstreams, managing priorities and adjusting timelines as needed.
• Coordinate effectively between internal users and Salesforce admins.
• Assign project tasks to the appropriate parties and ensure timely follow-up until completion.
• Set, track, and enforce deadlines, escalating blockers when necessary.
• Keep all parties informed through regular updates, project trackers, and check-ins.
• Ensure new requests are fully scoped, documented, and understood before initiating work.
• Provide high-level project documentation and status reporting.
• Help structure and organize operational requests into clear, actionable deliverables for the tech team.
• Have a general understanding of Salesforce functionality to communicate effectively with admins and understand feasibility and complexity.
• Stay aligned with broader business priorities and ensure Salesforce projects support overall goals.
Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in technical project management
• Basic understanding of Salesforce (not required to build, but able to understand how the system functions)
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly grasp new systems and concepts.
• Experience working with, or supporting, a Salesforce team (preferred)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, assertive, and comfortable following up persistently to drive accountability.
• Experience working in environments with cross-functional teams.

Salary
This position offers a salary range of 70-90k, commensurate with experience
