Broadridge is hiring an Information Security Analyst in Newark, NJ or a remote location. The position will be expected to; Manage and maintain current and accurate responses for Broadridge standard Information Security practices and procedures. These stand information security practices and procedures are communicated to our client through the SIG (Standard Information Gathering) document/artifact. In addition, willingness to cross-train within the Information Security External Management teams is expected.
Responsibilities
• Manage and maintain Broadridge SIG (Standard Information Gathering) documents; including annual updates, ensuring accuracy and subject matter attestation.
• Work with a variety of Client security assessment questionnaire in formats received such as Online Portal, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, etc.
• Interact with sales, account management, product, and technical teams translating technical terminology into business terminology and vice versa.
• Evolve your knowledge of Broadridge products/services and respective information security controls.
• Maintain Knowledge Base Management System.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree; preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security or related field.
• Ability to work on a team or independently with minimal supervision to achieve project achievements and deadlines. Knows how to advance issues appropriately, efficiently, and effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable to thrive in a multifaceted, fast paced and constantly changing environment, while being able to set priorities and balance multiple deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present information in clear, concise terms to all position levels in the organization, as well as business partners, vendors and technical staff.
• Knowledge and/or willingness to train in information security standards (e.g. ISO 27001) desired.
• Knowledge and/or willingness to train in risk response and risk management practices desired.
• Prior information security work experience preferred, but not necessary.
