Your Role and Responsibilities
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing JLPT N1 level)*
*Japanese CV is required.

This is a position with IBM Japan Staff Operations Corporation (ISOC).
As a DPE (Delivery Project Executive) this position is responsible for overall project management (you will be assigned to Kitakyushu).

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing JLPT N1 level)*
*Japanese CV is required.

• Able to take responsibility for project execution as the person in charge of operations.
• Able to analyze the situation conduct risk assessment consider and implement countermeasures/solutions (to improve operational efficiency or when problems occur).
• Team management skills (managing team members’ work proficiency and availability)
• Documentation skills (performance management report writing)
• Microsoft Office (Excel Word Outlook) PDF and other general office skills
• Experience as a PM or manager (e.g. BPO call center SV experience experience leading a team etc.)
• Experience in Procurement Operations

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience operating and maintaining SAP/Ariba systems
• Willingness to learn and deploy the latest technologies in the business
• English communications skills（conversational）
