Your Role and Responsibilities
*The position requires business level Japanese language skills (Speaking & Writing JLPT N1 level)*

IBM Staff Operations Japan (ISOC) a group company of the global IT company IBM is looking for a BPO Operations Member position.

This position is responsible for BPO projects related to [Human Resources] for a major client company.

Specifically execute each step in accordance with business rules and process procedures.

• Input and check work into PCs. (Salary and bonus calculation attendance management social insurance commuting expense calculation retirement allowance calculation inhabitant tax year-end adjustment etc.)
• Respond to inquiries by e-mail etc.

Assumed annual salaly range : Approximately 2.5 to 3.5 million yen

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Microsoft Office skills (Excel input and spreadsheets Word input Outlook e-mail creation etc.)
• Business system operあation (data entry data extraction etc.)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience in human resources related work (payroll calculation etc.)
• Experience using HR systems (COMPANY is assumed)
• Experience using Excel functions (SUM/COUNT/VLOOKUP)
