THE POSITION

The Cosm Employee Technology team is responsible for making sure that Cosm’s employee have the tools they need to get their work done quickly and efficiently: Computers, SaaS services, and software. The IT Business Applications Administrator will be responsible for optimizing Cosm’s onboarding/offboarding processes and streamlining deployments and device management across the organization, achieving a status of zero-touch provisioning and deployment across the organization. This role reports to the IT Director of Employee Technology.

Location* Cosm will consider applicants in either Los Angeles, CA or Salt Lake City, Utah

Responsibilities: 

• Provisioning and maintenance of Cosm’s employee hardware (laptops, desktops, monitors, etc)
• Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding
• Achieving a status of zero-touch provisioning and deployment across the organization
• Managing inventory of employee hardware
• Maintenance & upkeep of Cosm’s Identity provider, SAML/SSO, and provisioning services
• Create and update detailed documentation for all processes
• Maintenance and upkeep of MDM/MAM & JAMF
• Keeping Cosm’s software libraries current
• Frequent account & access audits

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years working in corporate IT
• Minimum of 2 year experience managing MDM/MAM
• Minimum of 1 year experience managing JAMF
• Minimum of 1 year experience with software deployment services
• Pervious experience achieving a status of zero-touch provisioning in an organization
• Experience managing an org in Apple Business Manager
• Experience with Active Directory & major identity providers (Preferably OKTA)
• Minimum 1 year of experience setting up & managing SAML/SSO, 2FA, and SCIM Provisioning (Preferably with OKTA)
• Familiarity with modern IT Service Management platforms (Jira, Freshservice, ServiceDesk Plus, Zendesk, etc)
• Expert knowledge of Windows & Mac operating systems
• An Understanding of core IT principals: SMB, NFS, DNS, DHCP, TCP-IP, etc.
• Able to communicate in a professional and friendly manner with co-workers.
• Self-starter, energetic, strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
• Detailed, methodical approach to troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Team player who is also comfortable working independently to maximize team/department performance.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with an IGA solution
• Experience utilizing APIs
