Lead Cabinetry Installer Location:Austin, TX (Jobsite-Based Across Greater Austin Area) Schedule:Full-Time, Monday–Friday (Occasional early starts or extended days) Overview Bronwick is seeking an experiencedLead Cabinetry Installerto join our high-performing team. This is a full-time, field-based role ideal for a skilled and reliable craftsperson who takes pride in precision, leadership, and delivering stunning results in high-end residential environments. As the Lead Installer, you will take ownership of the installation phase of each project, managing site activity, ensuring Benchmark’s quality standards are upheld, and representing our company with professionalism and integrity. Key ResponsibilitiesCustom Cabinet Installation • Install luxury residential cabinetry with accuracy, care, and efficiency • Interpret shop drawings and adapt to site-specific conditions for proper fit and alignment • Perform scribing, leveling, adjustments, and fine-tuning for a seamless finish • Uphold the aesthetic and construction standards of Benchmark projects Leadership & Jobsite Management • Lead and oversee day-to-day installation activities on-site • Manage assistant installers or subcontractors during installations • Set the pace and expectations for work quality, safety, cleanliness, and professionalism • Take full ownership of installation success, including on-time completion and punch-list quality Field Coordination & Communication • Communicate regularly and clearly with the Project Manager about jobsite progress, issues, and material needs • Proactively identify potential problems and propose effective solutions • Serve as the primary on-site representative for Benchmark — interacting professionally with clients, builders, and design partners • Maintain accurate and timely jobsite updates and check-ins as needed Jobsite Standards • Ensure jobsite is kept clean, organized, and safe throughout the day and especially at the end of each shift • Protect client property and maintain a respectful presence in client homes • Maintain tools, hardware, and jobsite materials with care and accountability Qualifications • 3+ years of custom cabinetry or millwork installation experience • High-level craftsmanship with strong finish carpentry skills • Proficiency reading shop drawings and interpreting design intent • Experience taking field measurements and making real-time adjustments • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Excellent time management and problem-solving capabilities • Professional demeanor and client-facing confidence • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work on-site • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement Compensation & Benefits • Hourly pay based on experience (up to 40 hours/week) • Overtime (time-and-a-half for qualified hours) • 10 PTO days + 3 Paid Holidays + PTO Birthday Off ($175 bonus) • $300/month health insurance stipend • $400/month vehicle stipend • $100/month tool stipend • Payroll taxes (Social Security, Medicare, FUTA, SUTA) covered • Additional wellness, lifestyle, and professional development perks Why Work With Us • Work you’ll be proud of — featured in national magazines and elite home tours • Top-tier projects — luxury residences with truly custom design and build • Collaborative team culture — you’ll be supported by a team that values quality and innovation • Competitive compensation and consistent, rewarding work • Opportunities for growth in a company known for pushing the boundaries of craftsmanship and design Who Thrives in This Role?
