Lead UI Engineer

Join our exceptional development team as a Lead UI Engineer. The job will consist of UI implementation and iteration, including front-end, matchmaking, and in-game HUD screens. This team member will work closely with a UI artist and must be able to make revisions based on playtest feedback. Being part of a collaborative UI team we expect a strong sense for UI design and a drive to make clean, user-friendly and forward-thinking user interfaces and the ability to express ideas and feedback to the rest of the team.

• Leading and managing a team of UI engineers
• Architect and design UI systems
• Support and assist UI artists integrating art assets and data into the user interfaces
• Tackle various localization issues including in-game text, font, textures, and VO
• Profile and tune UI for best performance
• Provide 1 on 1 reviews, giving personal and technical feedback, mentor other engineers and push them to continue to level up their skills

• Great communication and teamwork skills
• Enthusiastic gamer with a passion for making great games
• Strong C++ experience

• Experience with Unreal Engine 4 or 5
• Prior experience shipping a PC title with multiple input options
• Previous work on Multiplayer Action Games and FPS's a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or Engineering
