WHAT YOU'LL DO -Lead and oversee plumbing operations, ensuring quality and compliance with all Texas plumbing codes. -Supervise and mentor apprentices and journeymen as the team grows. -Troubleshoot, diagnose, and perform plumbing repairs, installations, and upgrades. -Represent the company well withprofessional appearance, clean-cut image, and customer-first service. -Proactively recommend options as solutionsto maximize value on each service call while prioritizing customer trust. -Ensure all work meets safety standards and client satisfaction. -Collect payment and a review at the end of each service call. -Maintain your van and tool kit in optimal condition. -Work with management to streamline scheduling, efficiency. -Participate in weekly training and strategy meetings to drive growth. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR -ActiveTexas Responsible Master Plumber Licensewith residential experience (required). -Strong leadership skills and willingness to guide a team. -Professional,clean-cut presentation and communication skills -A motivated mindset to maximize sales averages and grow the company. -Excellent customer sensitivity and service, reliability, and integrity. -Excitement about building a successful company and leaving your mark. -Experience with plumbing repair including leak location, tankless water heaters, water filtration, tank type water heaters, all types of plumbing fixtures, drain cleaning, drain line replacement, well and rainwater collection systems. -Valid driver license with good driving record, pass background check and drug screening -Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stoop, stand and crawl for prolonged periods of time, work in various temperatures and in small spaces PERKS BEYOND THE JOB This is more than just a job--it's a chance to be part of shaping a new company's future in the heart of beautiful Texas Hill Country.
