What You'll Get to Do:
- The HR New Hire Administrator serves as a Tier-2 employee services representative supporting new hires in start date management, onboarding administration, and processes related to background checks, I-9's, E-Verify, and other related activities.
- This is a collaborative role that works closely to support new hires, HR/Recruiting, I-9 coordinators, hiring managers and others to ensure a timely, proactive, and positive onboard experience for new hires while ensuring an efficient and compliant process.
More About the Role:
- Assists, monitors, and helps new hires in the timely administration of the following onboarding activities: form completion, data accuracy and completion, hire processing, and ensuring information is complete in the system of record - Workday.
- Assists in the completion of new hire processes to include the completion and resolution (if needed) of Background Checks and I-9 Forms.
- Supports new hires on onboarding questions such as process, forms, system navigation and timing.
- Interacts with new hires, recruiters and hiring managers to manage the overall onboarding process to ensure the timely completion of activities for a strong and positive new hire experience.
- Monitors and maintains quality assurance and service delivery performance metrics
- Works directly with an Enterprise ticketing and HR Systems (Workday).
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Entry-level professional individual contributor on a project or work team.
- Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
- Willingness to grow and develop
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
- Experience with an Enterprise ticketing and HR Systems (Workday) preferred
