Operations Production Assistant

WHO WE ARE:
2K is a leading global developer and publisher of some of today’s most popular games and is most well-known for several of its critically-acclaimed franchises, including NBA 2K, Borderlands, BioShock, Mafia, WWE 2K, Sid Meier’s Civilization, XCOM, PGA TOUR 2K and more. This role is part of the 2K Motion Capture Studio where we produce motion capture, audio, and video assets for our developers and partners.
WHAT WE NEED:
The Operations Assistant for the Motion Capture Studio will support the Operations Manager in charge of overseeing day to day Studio operations. From daily administrative duties, conducting visitor tours and coordinating with Facilities on Studio projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES
●     Greet visitors to the studio and provide tours.
●     Provide administrative support to all mocap’s internal departments.
●     Manage general studio upkeep.
●     Coordinate with caterers and other service providers
●     Participate in Studio meetings, taking detailed minutes when needed.
●     Assist in keeping the studio in tip-top shape, neat, inviting and clean.
●     Assist with onboarding new vendors and hires.
●     Manage inventory of studio office supplies and place orders as needed.
●     Assist with 2K Mocap swag orders and distribution.
●     Take inventory of our mocap COVID supplies, keep our storage room stocked with PPE, place orders accordingly, and keep PPE carts fully stocked.  THIS IS A ONE YEAR CONTRACT.
QUALIFICATIONS
●     Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience.
●     Previous experience in office management or production.
●     Outgoing personality, with excellent interpersonal skills.
●     Possess a high attention to detail.
●     Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
●     Proficient in GSuite, specifically Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets is a plus.
●     Self-motivated, with the ability to multi-task and manage workflows.
●     Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities.
●     Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
●     Ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
●     Quick learner, able to pick up new tools and technologies and learn new processes quickly while pro-actively seeking out training as needed.
●     Prior work experience in a production environment, such as video games, film, or animation is a plus.
