PR Specialist - Japanese Speaker

The role is restricted to those physically located in Europe while this is a remote position we cannot consider candidates not based in such a region. Preference will be given to candidates based in Portugal Spain or Malta. The role:

We seek a proactive and results-driven PR Specialist -Japanese Speaker to join our team. As an Outreach Specialist focused on backlink acquisition you will play a crucial role in improving our website's search engine rankings and online visibility by acquiring high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites. You will identify link opportunities build relationships with website owners and bloggers and execute outreach campaigns to secure valuable backlinks.

As an PR Specialist -Japanese Speaker you are expected to …

• Research and identify potential websites blogs and online platforms for backlink opportunities.

• Develop and execute outreach strategies to establish relationships with website owners bloggers and influencers.

• Craft compelling outreach emails and messages to pitch link placement opportunities.

• Negotiate and secure high-quality backlinks from relevant and authoritative websites.

• Monitor and analyze backlink profiles to ensure compliance with SEO best practices.

• Conduct online meetings as needed to negotiate link acquisition from Japanese publishers leveraging effective communication and negotiation skills to secure valuable backlinks.

• Collaborate with the content team to create link-worthy content and assets.

• Stay updated on industry trends algorithm changes and link-building and SEO best practices.

• Track and report on the performance of outreach campaigns and backlink acquisition efforts.

• Continuously optimize outreach strategies and tactics to improve campaign effectiveness.

• Fluency in Japanese at a native level is mandatory.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing communications business or a related field.

• Proven experience in outreach link building or digital PR preferably in an SEO agency or digital marketing environment.

• Strong understanding of SEO principles and link-building strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with website owners and bloggers.

• Proficiency in email outreach tools and CRM systems.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to track measure and analyze outreach performance metrics.
