Product Manager- Japanese speaker

The Role:

We seek a Product Manager who speaks Japanese to join our crew and work on our essential products. To contribute to the business’s growth you’ll need to have strong ownership and a results-driven mindset.

As a “Product Manager - Japanese speaker' you are expected to:

• Manage one or several products that cover online gaming and related content

• Strategically acquire traffic from multiple approaches such as search engines emails social media and so forth

• Lead team members and get things done together in a timely manner

• Closely communicate with SEO content CRM and tech teams

• Constantly identify issues analyze the reasons and improve to achieve better efficiency and quality for both product development and team operation

• Keep tracking the KPIs (commercial traffic operational etc) then define TO-DOs for scaling or recovering

• Assist ad hoc tasks of SEO and content-related works

• Identify the tasks by observing the product performance and communicating with stakeholders

• Accomplish leading products to be successful through product-led and tech-enabled approaches

• Native Japanese speaker

• Working proficiency in English both verbal and written (in case you have exceptional skills English language can be non-required)

• Result driven leader

• Experience in project management and/or product management

• Capable of using SEO tools such as Ahrefs GA4 and Search Console

• Critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills

• Strong internet research skills and resourcefulness

• Proficient WordPress knowledge

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
