We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented a trilingual Strategic Sourcing Professional to join our team in Latin America. This position will be responsible for executing complex deals in multiple locations and coordinating regional requirements for Services demands in LATAM.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the LATAM market a proven track record in procurement and excellent negotiation skills.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies in Services aligned with the company's business objectives for the LATAM region.
- Conduct thorough market analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable contracts.
- Manage supplier relationships ensuring on-time delivery quality standards and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify procurement opportunities and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Develop and maintain a robust supplier qualification and performance management system.
- Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and local regulations.
- Analyze procurement data to identify trends risks and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in the development and implementation of procurement systems and tool
- Advanced Level Proficiency in Spanish and english.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field.
- Experienced Level Professional Knowledge preferably in the LATAM region.
- Strong understanding of procurement principles processes and best practices.
- Proven negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Ariba Sourcing.
