To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a QA Technician for SQE located in Salt Lake City Utah.

Hours and days are Monday through Friday 6:30am to 3:00p Reporting to the Hiring Manager, the QA Technician For SQE role involves

What a typical day looks like:

• Audits processes, tests, and inspects products and/or develops, compiles and evaluates statistical data to determine and maintain quality and reliability of products.
• Working from engineering drawings, specifications, schematics, diagrams, written descriptions, layouts, or defined plans to perform complex engineering testing, checkout, First Article Inspection, root cause analysis, internal corrective actions and supplier correction actions.
• Interprets engineering drawings, schematic diagrams or formulas and confers with management or engineering staff to determine quality and reliability standards.
• Selects processes to be audited from primarily the manufacturing areas and checks for a variety of features, including ESD (electro-static discharge) and handling practices, documentation, training, and process integrity.
• Selects products for audits at specified stages in the production or post-production process, and tests products for variety of qualities such as dimensions, performance and mechanical,
• Evaluates data and writes reports to validate or indicate deviations from existing standards.
• Download quality information from quality system to be used for QA reports.
• Analyzes engineering test results and implements process changes to resolve problems.
• Provides factory support to identify and resolve issues associated with purchased parts, materials, and manufacturing.

• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules,
  Operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form.
• Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
