Requirements:
*English and Japanese speaking skills.
*Proficiency in Japanese - native speakers or candidates with strong Japanese language skills are required (JLPT N1 preferred).
*Skilled in sourcing candidates using external tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Talent Marketing Insights.
*Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
*Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings emails and formal discussions.
*Results-driven and comfortable working in a KPI performance environment.
