Role Description
TheRetail Pharmacy Manager (Front-End)is responsible for all non-pharmacy operations, ensuring an excellent customer experience, efficient merchandising, and strong financial performance. This position leads front-end staff, maintains store standards, drives sales, and executes promotional strategies while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead, train, and supervise front-end retail staff, including cashiers, stock clerks, and sales associates
• Oversee daily front-end operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and customer service
• Plan, coordinate, and execute merchandising, seasonal layouts, and promotional displays
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders for front-end merchandise, and manage stock rotation to reduce shrinkage
• Track and analyze front-end sales performance, implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability
• Ensure compliance with pricing accuracy, signage requirements, and safety standards
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a professional, solution-focused manner
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the front-end sales floor
• Collaborate with the pharmacy manager to align store-wide initiatives and customer engagement strategies
• Prepare and submit reports related to sales, staffing, and store performance
Qualifications
• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory or management experience in a retail environment
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
