Sales Operations Associate

The Sales Operations Associate is responsible for assisting the Sales Operations Department in setting competitive rates, support managing our CRM/ZOHO, contract management, reporting, and resolving disputes.

Requirements• Assist in developing a range of analyses to support the executive team.• Ability to create, interpret, and communicate detailed report data.• Evaluate data from a variety of sources to gain insights into pricing strategies and market trends.• Assign leads to Business Development • Examine and assess data from a variety of sources and utilize them to provide set rates to Business Development. • Integrate new and existing contracts into our CRM Database and WMS.• Assist in reviewing chargebacks, disputes and credits.• Other duties and projects, as assigned.

Qualifications• One year of related sales operations experience preferred. • Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS PPT, MS Word). • Ability to use spreadsheets and pivot tables.• Experience in data analysis.• B.S. Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Economics.• Strong organizational skills/ ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.• Strong quantitative, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. • Proactive and results-driven individuals who thrive in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
